Christmas Wedding Cake

I baked this cake for a co-worker's wedding reception this past weekend. The top and bottom layers were red velvet and the middle layer was french vanilla. The golf themed groom's cake was chocolate. I love the brown orchids the bride provided. The reception was just lovely - although this is a busy time for everyone, a holiday wedding is a beautiful time to celebrate.

Wow! That is stunning! I love the swirls, very Christmassy. I've always admired people who can organise a wedding at Christmas - now I admire the lady who finds time to make the cake as well.

All the best for Christmas

Dear Pam, this wedding cake is so lovely!!!I have always wanted to learn to cake decorate....it looks like so much fun! Thank you for stopping by my blog today....I appreciate your visit. It sounds like you have made great friends in Georgia, but I understand the feeling of missing family and friends.
